Perp: White male in his 30s
Quoting: CK Dexter Haven 30s? That's a gamechanger. Hmm. Not 20 year old's fighting, then. In February at same mall they had a shooting. Perp was 17 year old black guy. I know back home most mall shootings (all mall shootings) perp is black. (CherryVale Mall in Cherry Vally, Illinois, it's way to close to Rockford, IL) Link to shooting earlier in the year.
