I moved from Atlanta about 20 years ago for precisely that kind of crap. The city is mostly black and racial tension was bad even back then. Lots of areas that used to be really nice were turned ghetto and the problem was getting worse. God only knows how horrible it is now and it looks like they will now be actively targeting white folks.

I will assume that "Bring Snacks" means to bring, rocks, bricks, piss bottles and anything else that can be thrown.
