Sounds good but no way the courts going to agree to that. It is being perused because it is the right of Pennsylvania citizens to peruse lawsuit seeking to block the state from certifying the election results. You may say that it is frivolous, but it is up to the courts to decide. I didn't say it was frivolous, I said I don't trust the courts to go along with it. Those are two totally different things on different sides of each other. I' certain Justice Samuel Alito, the third circuit would welcome the lawsuits if the lower courts throw the case out.
