Total connenction with self which allows one to experience the feeling of total and complete love absent a recipient except the oneness of all life. We have been taught programmed to deny this connection with self, through emotional, mental, psychic and physical pain. This is the source of grief, denial of self, we then project acceptance of self onto others, mother, fathers, women etc. When they leave us we reexperience the grief, I call it the dark night of the soul.
if you had a friend who when ever they came over you got your ass beat, you would soon learn to avoid that friend. So it is with Self, you have been trained to deny self to get acceptance from other people, all people read each other, but most of the info doesn't reach the conscious mind, but they know when you connect and they will attempt to stopp and shut down this connection, It is part of their training. They train you deny your own info as spirit and accept theirs which is the result of thousand of years of programming to act in certain ways, hold certain beliefs and if you do not conform you will feel their displeasure on some level of your being until you shut down, disconnect from Self.

Reason why I posted that little sentence is that (by far) most people 'thinking with their hearts' (and a lot do) do so with a deceived heart.

One cannot uncover any truth without applying reason somewhere. Anywhere in the process of any personal transformation. let alone a transformation towards being more constructive towards 'Self'.

HONEST introspection combined with reason are needed to start that process to a successful end.

Do not accept any upgrade in a HEART beat unless you are sure it has no viruses.

Remember: People can be controlled by developing their impulses. Impulses lead to searching after things we WANT where reason and introspection lead to searching after things we NEED. That's a huge difference.

Thus possession. You better have DNA that can handle no being possessed or figure out a way to jump your soul out of the spritual network into the real world. Or Astra projection with while possessing someone else's body and your actual body is killed in the process, and your soul can live in another body as a energy sucking parasite until you can have enough fire to purge that soul from your body.
