What would a simple self-replicating new fractal order look like?

Would the subsequence flow naturally from the precedence?
Would the precedence represent itself in the subsequence?

Would the flow of natural order maintain self-similarity?
Would each node of replication where the precedence transitions into subsequence present a bifurcation of possibilities?

Would the fractal paths diverge?

In the new world order, will the paths diverge or will they converge into a unit?

Is there an example of fractal convergence from which we could model the construction of stable and sustainable fractal systems applied to solving the problems we face in moving towards world governance?

Any form of global governance structure must be as fluid and power dispersed as much as possible. Otherwise it crystallizes into tyranny, if not in one generation, than certainly over many generations.
