Trying to find that scene from Oliver Stone's movie, JFK, with Donald Sutherland playing Air Force Col. Fletcher Prouty, where he talks about this very same document. "Basically ending the reign of the CIA, and he was ordering the Joint Chiefs to help him do it. I can' t tell you the shockwaves this sent down the corridors of power in D.C. ...Of course all of that ended on Nov. 22, 1963."
