There's no way in hell that this is optional.
Do you really think that they ordered all those vaccines and spent all that money for people to say "no thanks".
If enough people do not volunteer, it will be forced.
Many ways this can be done, cash incentives, a high enough price and a lot would go for it, plus it brings much needed velocity to the economy
Anyone who receives benefits, they could give you a month to send in your vaccination number or payments will be stopped.
Anyone whos working, need a vaccination number, or cannot be employed.
