A persons sexual preferences and political view/worldview should be 2 seperate things though.
Quoting: kiekeboe People of the left would disagree. There are some on the right, however, who admittedly also think one trait nullifies the other. Or where they see right-leaning GLBTers as a contradiction in terms. But less so than all the liberals who think GLBTers have to be of the left. Or where in their eyes social, political liberalism reaffirms and justifies the homosexuality, and visa versa.
