Daily Beast names Stepien and Sekulow, as if to make it look credible, but the statements are attributed to an "aide", aka "anonymous sources/experts say/scientists say" typical fabrication. Meanwhile Sekulow has announced he's working on a GA lawsuit to drop Monday or Tuesday. Stepien, like many others is either doing something else, or simply nothing because the campaign is over. In other words, there's nothing lending any credibility to this story.
