BUT, he clearly explains the move of Spec Ops to under the DOD and how that neuters the CIA, and this cat is encyclopedic. Here's the vid, and I recommend anyone scratching their head over the move by Trump and Ezra Cohen Watnick, Chris Miller, listen to this. You don't really have to watch it. And it's 3 hours long. So I made dinner and did other things while I listened. And thank you to whoever posted it!!!
