Suspicious helicopter activity 11/20/20 Eastern Washington

I'm not sure what to make of this event in the semi-rural wheat country south of Spokane. On Friday the weather was nice enough for me to do some work outside. Around 2 pm I started to hear what almost sounded like a military helicopter doing some aggressive flying. I ran to a spot where I observed a larger, single rotor helicopter going back and forth above some tree-covered homes. At one point the helicopter pulled up sharply like a crop duster in a plane, and I was thinking that's what it was doing. It then started moving northerly where it came within about 1/2 mile of me. It was a large copter, kind of a modified big bubble canopy with a small rounded snout and a long tail. Painted a metal flake Irish green with a small gold stripe. I could not see any numbers or words. It was definitely not conventional military. It looked very new, and was quite powerful.

What concerns me is that for the next 4 to 5 minutes I watched this helicopter aggressively drop down as it approached homes and farm buildings in the valley. It would fly directly over the home very low and fast and then pull up sharply after it passed over! I saw that happen about 8 to 10 times before the copter finally rose to a conventional altitude as it approached the city and disappeared from my view. That aircraft was definitely operating below minimums.

I have checked local print and TV news and found no reports about this event. The local region in eastern Washington is populated republican farming families. Lot's of Trump supporters. My conspiracy mind wonders if that helicopter was dosing the local residents with a heavy dose of something. Like I said, the way it was operating reminded me of the crop dusters I often see, but it was not dusting the fields! It was dusting the homes!

Any ideas??

Edited to add: I also checked resources to see if any film making was going on in the area and found nothing.
