Well we do know there is an executive order. We do know the military head was severely restructured by Trump.

We do know the military got the servers.

So the possibility is there.

The US military has no authority to investigate any civil matters, period, nor any criminal ones not directly involving serving members of the military.

That might not be true under th executive order. Ratliffe is ordered to investigate and report to Trump in 45 days. look it up.

Trump knew something was going on before election night but they were watching to see if the Democrats would get desperate enough to actually commit a crime. The votes for Trump exceeded the Democrats original fraudulent votes.

Even if it is clear he still needs to prove it in a court and he knew it would have to be the Supreme Court on election night.

So I think that if they can get this to the Supreme Court it could turn around.

It would not be difficult. Both Biden and Harris have made enemies on that court. Kavanaugh, Thomas, Gorsuch and Coney-Barret. I do not think Kamala Harris ever gave an accepted apology for entering in a fraudulent rape claim in the Senate record. There is also the case of Alito's orders being disregarded. If Trump can get it there, they may be willing to listen. There is no love lost for Kamala Harris after what she did to Kavanaugh.

Maybe it is done and forgotten. Maybe not.

That's not the US military. You guys are dreamers. The US military cannot investigate civilians or arrest any civilians for any reason, even for foreign intelligence operations, in the United States, unless they are a serving member of the military. No executive order would be legal and no military attorney or officer would obey it.

The military is the only hope. The entire judicial branch of the USA is occupied.
