Am I the only one who remembers??
So I've been thinking about this Sydney powell issue. Everyone keeps saying it's because she represents the American people.

I get that but does anyone remember after Obama became president all the different lawsuits challenging his eligibility?

Does anyone remember that in every single case the lawsuits were thrown out for lack of standing and not on the merits of the evidence?

I think that unless she's suing on behalf of Donald Trump that it will be a repeat of 2008 all over again.

What am I missing?

what your missing is that- American voters & residents of states in which voter fraud can be proven have standing as aggrieved parties.

There are plenty of primary named plaintiffs who have already signed sworn affadavits and now Powell can establish a class of people who were affected by the fraudulent actions of election boards, judges, poll workers, or whoever is named as defendant.

This could be biggest class action suit in American history.

There are easily 10s of millions of registered voters who would gladly join the suit to be part of the aggrieved class.

I think your assessment is pretty spot on.
"Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don't need it and hell, where they already have it." Ronald Reagan

The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so." Ronald Reagan

While I agree with your statements in principal, the courts don't usually share our sentiment. Every court in 2008 said that an individual voter lacked standing to challenge a presidential candidate and that was the state's job. As a matter of fact this latest pennslyvania court case cited lack of standing for individual aggrieved voters.

I hope I'm wrong but fear I'm not.

Re: Am I the only one who remembers??
Most of the world is not interested and never heard of these people - we are busy trying to feed our kids now there is no work, we are fearful of armed cops breaking our doors in if we are antivax or anti-lockdown, we are fined and imprisoned for videoing cops, we are told we can only obtain a freedom passport if we pay our own testing twice per week with an accuracy of 50% we know it's BS.

It's clear, the undesirables are being destroyed and soon as per last war, there will be nobody left to speak up.

Corruption is in control and if you know this you are a target.
