I go about my normal day - take care of my chickens, take care of my home, take care of my husband and take care of myself.

what you might do is perform a banishing ritual.

make light surround you. begin with a beam emanating outwards from the solar plexus. focus it into a very fine, pencil thin beam.

the light then emcompasses you in 360 degrees around your lungs area.


then once the circle is complete it makes a 90 degree turn to form a verticle circle along the same axis across your chest.


this light goes between the floor and your feet. it completes its transit and now you are protected. this will be effectice for the next 72 hours.

make the best of it. i hope that serves you well. ive expended who knows how many amps and volts.... feel better asap
