TitleNative Solutions Deployment Coordinator
Dates EmployedJan 2005 – Jan 2007
Employment Duration2 yrs 1 mo
LocationCaracas, Venezuela.
I was the supervisor of the area related to deploying the technology created, specifically the client-side applications. The focus was on customer satisfaction, high quality installations and completion of the project goals. Staff was supervised for the first time during this stage (4 people). In just 2 years I was able to achieve:
- 3 Nation-wide elections successfully executed, deploying over 24.000 machines on each event. Data, configurations, integration and project support were all handled for each event.
- Source code audit with political parties and ONGs. I designed the protocol and the process to ensure all parties left the audit satisfied and confident with the safeguards.
- Defined the troubleshooting model and documentation to support the operation. The model designed back then is still used on every deployment in the present.

At the same time, in parallel, a double responsibility was undertaken, with the objective of boosting the support of the Company’s sales department, which implied a great amount of time meeting new potential customers, defining new features for the platform and in general, understanding the market needs and the path for future versions of the Election Platform. In these 2 years I visited Lima, Curacao, Chicago, Lagos, Sao Paolo, Boca Raton, London, Taipei and Paris among others.
