President Donald Trump’s campaign filed a narrow appeal Sunday in its long-shot bid to have Trump declared the victor in the presidential race in Pennsylvania despite lagging more than 81,000 votes behind President-elect Joe Biden.

With Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar set to certify the results of the election as soon as Monday, the Trump campaign filed an emergency motion with the Philadelphia-based 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals asking that court to compel a lower court to accept a redrafted complaint contending that election officials excluded observers as part of an effort to process thousands of flawed mail-in ballots that largely favored Biden.

The campaign did not seek an immediate order from the 3rd Circuit to block certification of Biden as the winner. Instead, the motion filed with the court Sunday evening said the campaign might seek decertification of the results “if already certified.”

“It is critically important for Appellants’ claims to be heard before the December 8, 2020 ‘safe harbor’ date under 3 U.S.C. §5 of Pennsylvania certifying its Presidential electors, which is only 16 days away. This is the operative and legally binding deadline, not the date of November 23, 2020,” the campaign argued in court papers.

The campaign asked the court to have the defendants respond by Tuesday and schedule oral arguments for Wednesday.

I have a good feeling as well. The only question is whether Trump will be even more humiliated by a court than he already has been. He has been crushed in every case so far. This trend will continue and ascertainment will begin tomorrow or trump people are in grave danger of facing sedition charges.

Trump, his campaign, and Sidney Powell haven't had time to assemble the evidence. No doubt Biden's supporters will come up with some evidence, likely fake. They're good at that, they got Trump impeached on total BS.

Firstly, When you are trying to get a case to ,at a minimum the Circuit Court of Appeals, the LAST thing you want is for them to accept the case! You want them to dismiss so you can jump to the next link in the chain. Once you exhaust appeals through the state courts you jump to the next level, the Feds.

Now its put up or shut up time.

You cannot bluff your way through the Circuit courts. Evidence will have to be presented.

Let's say alito halts cert, finds evidence compelling, does he have power to nullifyy PA vote in circuit? And if so, does that nullify whole enchilada? Or just PA?

Or does Alito just rule that they can't certify until full scotus hearing (which could still be set for after PA cert deadline)?

Either way, let's say PA fraud, coupled maybe with other state evidence completely nullifies Biden as contender, and trump is default win.... What about the house, senate seats in this race?

Guess it may depend on overall party (dnc) collusion as well? Same question for GA Brian kemp and GA SoS filing (working, pay for play with dominion execs- j. seculo to file)... Would a ruling against that GA race nullify entire 2020 race, and his party affiliation be coupled?
