Alito ordered the late votes segregated, and was blown off.

Strip out the late votes from the totals and go with that total.

This is true. Basically for the scotus to not rule that the Pa SOS and the Pa supreme court broke the law would be akin to saying the state legislature no longer has power.

Then this would be the norm going forward setting precedence.

This is why this going to the scotus should be a good thing for Trump. To allow all of these shenanigans to stand would mean one party rule from now on.

It also would mean Alito and the other conservative justices would be feckless once they stack the courts, change all of the voting laws etc.

They can't strip out the late votes. He didn't just order the late votes segregated, he ordered them to keep them inside the envelopes as well, because they had the dates on them. After they counted the illegal votes, the envelopes "vanished" mysteriously. So now, they have no way to know which votes were illegally counted or not.

So, PA election officials are in way more trouble than anyone suspects. They destroyed evidence. Alito can just shrug his shoulders and say "Well, no way to determine what votes were legal or not, so just count them all" and he'll look like a fool after what he previously ordered.

Or he can make an example out of people that committed election fraud by willingly defying the ruling of a SC justice, and it's pretty obvious that is what he'll do.

election fraud can be hard to prove especially within the time available between a presidential election and when the electoral votes are counted .. i believe dec 14, with the 'safe harbor' date dec 8

a few people cart in boxes of ballots at 3am, they're accounted for as being for people on the voter roll but who didnt actually vote ... you see in the count a jump of 130k votes for biden, 0 for trump ... all you have are some swarn affidavits of a few poll workers who decided to blow the whistle

Moreover these people have had 3 weeks to fix these ballots. So it would be easy for them to generate 15k ballots in their envelopes and claim that these were the ones segregated. You're going to toss them?

Oh well, Biden is still ahead by 55k votes due to our other shenanigans.

I think the easiest path in Pa is the 250k mail in ballots in Mont County that were supposed to be locked down until the polls opened.

Yet people opened them, went through them and then started calling people to cure their votes two days before the polls opened.

I dont understand why trump is bothering with all of this nonsense.

It makes 0 sense to me, based on all the claims of fraud via dominion. All of the bombshells and the kraken etc. Why bother with all the frivolity of these little law suits when you supposedly have an A-bomb ready to drop.

This has always stuck in the back of my mind. Every time Trumps team comes out with some statement of bombs, or an interview or tweet etc. they "appear" so confident and over-the-top.

Then the next time you hear them, its like the confidence has waned and you can hear it in their voices. And instead of talking bombs they talk about fucking dead people voting or poll watchers being forced out.

I have seen two sides of Trumps argument. The small incidental shit as mentioned above...and then the kraken. both are bad, but the former will not win him anything.

If claims of dominion is true...washington will be destroyed. if its just a few votes here and there, Poll watchers, some iffy ballots, none of it will hold enough water and trump is gone.
