The fact that the news (I saw in a brief search) is not clear in stating he was the victim makes me think he was in the process of trying to steal a car, in which case, fuck him.

But... knowing that the media is corrupt and always pushing their agenda, why would they even mention carjacking if he was the perpetrator?

Portland is the neighborhood name of the what is also called Louisville West End. It is the area mainly west of 9th street and north of Broadway, bounded by the Ohio river on the north and west.
