But the 12th Amendment says that the House can vote the president in, if there is fraud.

And it looks like fraud has been found, sadly.

And also, there is speculation that military court(s) will be involved, because this is a national security / coup attempt thing, also.

The contended election will be decided by the House of Representatives, with Trump winning.

Many of the fraudsters will see a courts martial, many will see criminal courts.

The decision was already made during the election by the American people. No court at this point or any will intervene sorry

Who decides that it goes to the House for a vote? The Supreme Court? (I'm new to election law)

I voted for Trump in 2016 and again 2020. The country is almost equally divided and has been for awhile so the election played out as I expected and basically came down to which side showed up.

Maybe if a few of the libertarians who voted for that guy who had zero chance had voted for Trump instead we could have pulled it off but we lost and sadly looks like we will lose the Senate as well when Georgia votes, I hope not but does not look good.

Not a Democrat, nor a liberal, conservative in regards to some issues and liberal in regards to others but never ready to pull the lever for a Democrat especially with the progressives on the loose.

Fraud has occurred in every election we have ever held. I would like to see them prove fraud at the scale they claim but doubtful we will see it. Time to get ready for 2024 but afraid most will just not vote. Does not mean it did not occur but failure to prove it is the same as

The SC will make the rulings on the election.

There may be military intervention depending on what can he proved in court.

But letting the GSA cave to threats isn't a great indicator that justice can still be had in the US.
