How is that going to be any different than your standard elections, where you pick someone in a primary, they run, and either win or lose to someone else who was picked in a primary?

Why wouldn't these “new members from the common folk” have ALREADY run?

This is so naïve: “hey, I don’t like who was elected in this election, so let’s find someone else who never even bothered to run in that general election, and pretend to vote them in in my pretend election! What do you say????”

Personally, I hope there isn't proof of enough fraud to overturn the election. I wasn't looking forward to the temper tantrum that would follow Trumps election. I imagine the tantrum from an invalidated election would be far worse.
