The only thing referenced in BAPH as being found in a copying machine was the document Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, which Cooper merely reprinted, and took zero credit for.

The material on alleged aliens came from his time in the Navy. He later realized that it was all likely a massive hoax, and that most of the UFO
phenomenon was an intelligence disinformation operation - that is in BAPH, as well.
