Fasting before Thanksgiving

Food will taste amazing and you won't eat as much.

I typically only eat once per day, and this is always my experience.

I can't even imagine how tired I'm gong to be after Thanksgiving ... and I don't eat meat or bread ... the sides alone are going to kill me.

I have a lot to cook - all the veggies sides are my responsibility, and one pie.

Going to make the next two days all about that meal.
