Me too, lucky yours went away quickly. Mine stayed for months, I'm only starting to recover.
I was told different things by different doctors. One doctor told me it was alcohol withdrawals because I drink too much, another said I needed Prozac.
After 8 months it is finally starting to go away so it had nothing to do with drinking or stress or whatever.
I do however have recurrent respiratory issues and abdominal pain.
I take olive leaf extract, monolaurin, grapefruit seed extract and vitamins and it seems to help.

It's all just a tool for TPTB's plans for the world. Well, thank God I'm not alone and not crazy. You and BFD seem to have had similar symptoms as what I've had. Did you get the heart palpitations and the panic attacks?
