A summary.

They looked at the concrete things, ballots, absentee ballots, dead voters, double voters etc. Not the digital stuff. He seems to have an objective approach and is very careful to make quick conslusions.

He mainly say that there are too many questions to declare a winner and skip further investigation. Minimum three states are compromised and need to be looked into. He now rely on the legal process for the final word.

He also said we must not lose faith in the elections, like the russians did. His team will move forward and look to solutions to secure integrity on future elections and will report back.
