I'm feeling it too. Like a sense of urgency. Seeing the left and the media become more unhinged has been making me angry lately. I've gotten frustrated, but haven't gotten actually angery since I first woke up 10 years ago, so definitely feel like we're on the cusp of something. Gotta try not to be mad though, their behavior just means they're SCARED, like a cornered animal.

I agree OP, there is a feeling that things will start moving in a positive direction going forward and will only pick up steam.

I have also felt that Trump would win re-election but there has been times when my faith has been tested. It has been a stressful journey, not because I have felt Trump would lose...but because of the ramification of our future if he does. It has been too close for comfort.

Please Lord continue to work through us to shine the light on the darkness. God Bless President Trump, the American people, and those that are fighting for our future.

.....I just made the very best turkey I've ever cooked!


I made a bacon grease, butter, garlic and Marsala wine reduced sauce to baste the turkey with. I folded cheesecloth up a few times, a big enough swatch to cover the entire turkey.

I fished out most of the garlic with the sauce, and put it all over the turkey, placed the cheesecloth tight up against the turkey, put more of the sauce on the cheesecloth/turkey, and put it in the over for an hour. I basted it again and covered it with tinfoil for an hour.

I took the tinfoil off and liberally basted it with giblet stock, and stuck it back in the oven, uncovered. After about 20 minutes I gingerly pulled off the cheesecloth. I basted it with the last of the sauce, and turned it up to brown it.


It was just a little 8 lb turkey, so it didn't take too long to cook....but this is the moistest turkey I have ever made....heh, and I was a chef for 15 years.


I used this recipe for a jumping off place, but I didn't even look at it while making my turkey. I just got the cheesecloth idea from it, but I'm sure it would be just as good--

I went looking for a deep fryer yesterday and they were all gone, save for one that was $200. So the bird ended up in the oven for 4 hours.

He exposed it, like he’s exposed many other things. I think that was and is his main job. To expose the many ways we’ve been controlled and manipulated across the board. I pray we can actually do something about it.
