Politics aside and TBH, that event has always been largely unwatchable to me. Even when I was a kid, I recall thinking the parade was boring.

It reminds me of the annual highly publicized Radio Music Hall Christmas show. I thought it would be deserving of its fame. But after seeing it, I went, damn, a little bit of the Rocketts goes a long way.
