It's not even constitutional.

These legislators need peaceful, legal demonstrations outside their houses.

Welcome to the club! I was thinking that investing into a hijab and burqa has only advantages. Men can wear them as well. One can drop burqa off and be unrecognizable. Arms, knifes, and ammo fit under it just fine... What a wonderful item!

If democrats want to wear mask...great., let them. Mandate the masks for the democrats and let the rest of us alone about it.

As far as I know, every mask study since 1918 (Spanish flu) has shown over and over again that MASKS DO NOT WORK. They just don't. There was another study from Denmark just recently - a couple of weeks ago - that showed the SAME THING. MASKS DO NOT WORK.

This should be intuitively obvious but the studies show it scientifically. The holes in the fabric of the masks are larger than ANY virus and viruses just go right through. if you cough or sneeze, the virus literally goes RIGHT THRU THE MASK. Also, people handle the masks constantly and that spreads whatever germs are there anyway. Moreover people don't clean them every day - doctors ALWAYS wear a new mask when they go on duty or have a new activity. They don't rewear the same mask over and over again.

The mask itself causes problems not only from breathing your own carbon dioxide which lowers brain functions, but it also amplifies your own germs and may cause other illnesses, even bacterial pneumonia.

PROLONGED MASK WEARING IS A TERRIBLE IDEA AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, SCIENTIFICALLY AND INTUITIVELY....IT.DOES.NOT.WORK.

If we stop the fake testing, NOBODY will be spiking and the spread will stop instantly. The sense that it is spreading is from false positives - picking up antibodies from prior illnesses.

Seems like it would violate the 10th amendment.

They have no constitutional authority to mandate masks nationally, hence why the legislation dangles federal cash to cash strapped states and requires the states that receive it to mandate masks. Even the state executive order mandates are unconstitutional and are unenforceable (executive orders do not apply to individuals) but the federal legislation in the OP is not a national mask mandate. It's the usual carrot-and-stick approach that the feds use to get states to do something that the feds can't do.

Here in California people are wearing masks everywhere. Some people are alone driving in their cars or walking the dog at a park 100 yards away and they still have masks. Yet, cases are continuing to rise?

This is a major crock of shit. A whole new industry of face masks and shields are being marketed at the stores. They plan on this lasting forever.

When you are talking about the criminal mind, putting a mask on a victim is a way of depersonalizing them and that makes them easier to kill. There is a factor of this involved given the coming occupation and minor genocide to be inleashed on the USA by the UN and the Chicoms.
