Read the story: Eshelman, founder of Eshelman Ventures LLC, claimed that he “regularly and repeatedly” asked for updates on the initiative but was met with “vague responses, platitudes, and empty promises.” And yes, more than 30 of Trump's cases have indeed already been dismissed for lack of evidence. The guy was suckered out of $2.5 million dollars and they can't even give him an update. Sometimes I wonder if this whole Trump Legal Defense Fund is just another of his moneymaking scams. |

But hey, sure, there are more lawsuits just around the corner. Keep sending mo' money! That's how a con man grifts. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78809464 Fred Eshelman sued Houston-based True the Vote Inc., which promised to “investigate, litigate and expose suspected illegal balloting ad fraud in the 2020 general election,” Bloomberg reported. Eshelman, founder of Eshelman Ventures LLC, claimed that he “regularly and repeatedly” asked for updates on the initiative but was met with “vague responses, platitudes, and empty promises.” True the Vote said its efforts included filing lawsuits in several swing states, collecting whistleblower complaints, increasing GOP legislative support in key states and conducting “sophisticated data modeling and statistical analysis to identify potential illegal or fraudulent balloting,” according to the suit in Houston federal court. Eshelman decided to wire True the Vote $2 million on Nov. 5 and another $500,000 a week later after the group’s president said more money would be needed to achieve their goals, according to the suit. He asked for his money to be returned after the group failed to provide reports on its progress, saying it became obvious the group would not be able to execute its plan. Eshelman said in the complaint that True the Vote offered him $1 million if he wouldn’t sue them, Bloomberg notes. True the Vote filed four lawsuits in the weeks after the election, Bloomberg notes, but it dropped all of them last week. The suits were filed in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, all states that President-elect Joe Biden won. President Trump and his allies have repeatedly alleged baseless claims of widespread voter fraud in the election, and his reelection campaign has mounted legal challenges in a handful of key battleground states seeking to challenge or overturn the results. The campaign’s legal efforts have thus far been unsuccessful, and no evidence has emerged of any widespread issues that would have influenced the outcome of the election. [link to thehill.com (secure)] This is just an opportunist organisation milking this guy for funds. Nothing to do with the Trump team challenges. I do think the blatant lying in the article where they say “base-less claims” , which is appalling given the two cases already submitted by Sidney. You cannot read them and come to the conclusion they are baseless. Zebra |

Love the part about how Cesar Chavez started it all, though. Dead men don't talk. What a clown show. Man seems you guys never learn anything. So let me break it down for you. Pennsylvania- Shaun Parnell’s lawsuit will get mail in voting disqualified since it was not constitutionally amended by public vote as defined By the states constitution. Nevada- Biden’s lead is minimal and with the lawsuit pending it is likely his lead evaporates once fraudulent votes are tossed out. Georgia- Biden’s lead is minimal and is likely to evaporate once the signature verification audit occurs. Sydney Powell’s lawsuits are a distraction, some outlandish claims mixed with solid claims. The usual look over here while my buddy steals your lunch over there. Sadly this works every time on you dim witted democrats. im the new cancer. |

For the record, Jenna Ellis tweeted this in response to all of the media who continues to report 30+ of Trumps lawsuits have failed. This was the day after their presser, where she also made a pointed statement that there were only 3 cases filed. The rest were other independent groups unrelated to the Trump Campaign. However, regardless of her statement, and this subsequent tweet, the msm continues to falsely state the 30+ number. I.e. fake news. https://twitter.com/_/status/1330232330993229837 |

Plus there is ample eyewitness testimony to every kind of fraud. Difficulty is in getting the corrupt court system to listen to any evidence. It was always going to be settled by the supreme court - not that the Dem's will ever accept such a ruling. .................so it will be decided by the Military.
