This graph indicates total deaths per age expressed as a percentage of deaths. There have in actuality been enough excess deaths in the US (300,000) to account for reported COVID cases (and then some). People with predicting conditions are much more likely to die from the virus- which easily explains deaths by COVID of people with heart disease or respiratory illnesses. The study was removed because people who are against the lockdowns are slanting the study as a medical study (it was an article by someone without teaches Econ) and also the main claim of the article was disproven.

How many people die in the USA every year......all causes? How many people die of flu every year? Put the two figures together and it’s probably not much different than a normal year. Of course you’d have to remove all the quasi COVID deaths, ie. accidents, killings, underlying conditions marked as COVID related.
