Quoting: Anonymous Coward 40298448 The key work there being freedom of course. You're right. I didn't expect this to be such a deep topic. I value very few things in my home, I don't really care about them. I have an attachment to that knife, it means so much to me. She picked it out and gave it to me. DEDEDEDE |

Quoting: KB9OAK When I finally get around to purchasing firearms I want a specialty pistol of some sort. Not for protection but for novelty. When I was a young boy my stepdad bought a handmade 1800s six shooter with finely carved grips made of rare wood. Had a small wooden box created to fit. I was fascinated. Not anutter cig nature. |

Yeah that Martin guitar did appear very frail. It wasn't like those legendary medieval violins that can still take a hit 500 years later. Not anutter cig nature. |

Truth be known
Saul Good User ID: 79449831 United States 12/02/2020 03:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Love it! Didn’t start having dogs until my mid 20’s. Kids should have dogs parents. Losing my first one at 40 almost killed me. Just hit harder than I thought ever possible. Worse than losing dad. Now I’ve got 6 rescues living now. Mix of pups and cats. I love it! The losses are stacking up and the urns are starting to pile up. Told my family when it’s my turn to put the urns in with me and put us all in one big urn. Anyway, this poem helped me through. It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them, and every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are. No idea who wrote it. Just like a lot. And I liked your answer. A lot. There is no nobility in being superior to your fellow man. True nobility lies in being superior to your former self. ~ Ernest Hemingway |
