As a drummer, I must say my cymbals are my most prized possession!

Drums and stands can easily be replaced if they get stolen, but cymbals are unique individuals, and it takes lots of time and effort to find ones you really love, and putting together sets of cymbals that blend well and sound good together, and that fits the way you play.

Trying to find the perfect cymbals is like a quest for the Holy Grail, so when you find a really good one you hold on to it.

Mine is my wife and kids.

I had a vintage 15" Zildjian crash cymbal in the 80's. It started to crack. I kept trying to drill holes to stop it but it was not to be. It had a really nice sound.

My 9G tie tack awarded for pulling 9.4Gs in an F-16, and

A baseball hat I purchased from the "gift shop" during a short stop at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station.

A couple other things very very few people would even know about. Maybe I'll share one day if I'm drunk or inspired enough.
