This is how I explained it to my daughter. I told her to do the dishes. I paid her $2 for doing them and gave her brother $2 for doing nothing. She got pissed, I said that's socialism. The worst thing I ever heard about socialism came from my husband. He was taught that he had to share everything with the people that don't have, that included an ice cream. He had to give everyone a lick and when it came to his turn there was barely anything left. He stopped buying stuff to eat with his friends, instead he waited until he got home to eat it.

It won't be just money, it will be food if you eat it outside of your home too. That's probably why they are getting us used to not eating out.

In Kentucky our poor landlords were forced to except 5 months of 90% rent no matter how many months more it’s been since the squatters quit paying. Then all evictions were ceased. I don’t know how the landlords have kept from burning down their properties. I feel terrible for them.
