It was a top down coup. It didn't workout well because the homogeneous host populations rejected a hostile alien ruler. They learned. They changed to a bottom up infiltration method. They promote tolerance allowing THEM to infiltrate and seize control of a white university, corporation, city, etc. Next, they use diversity to repopulate the school with "People of Color". Whites are not only ethnically cleanse from their creation; it become openly hostile to their existence. Apply the same technique to cities, nations, and continents. Whites build them; a hostile alien gains control and repopulates the cities, nations, and continents with "of Colors" consolidating their control and dispossessing whites of their creations.
