A few days ago I came down with stuffy plugged up ear ache, sore throat, blistery mouth, fever sweats and chills, like a sinus stuffy head ache, pasty skin, puffy eyes with dark circles, tightness in the chest, some indigestion. No runny nose.
Is this a common cold bug? I was only exposed to one other person over the holiday but came down with a bug a week later. I am already using the stuff you posted in addition to lysine, green tea, raw honey and a few others things.
