Also mini rum cakes..King Arthur Flour (the BEST) has a recipe for 'Carribean Rum Cake' that is the bomb. Plus, the cook gets to sample everything to make sure it is of the utmost quality  I am all in, a drinking and baking buddy, what more could I ask for. LOL I was thinking of making rum balls, I have some 85% dark chocolate wafers to use for something.
