What if Biden is successful in getting the Electors and the states fall in line. SCOTUS hears the available evidence and rules to let the election result stand.

Trump presents new evidence to SCOTUS, DOD, DOJ etc, a day or two before innaguration and its crystal clear that Biden stole the election. After Electors vote there is no constitutional path to reversing the electoral college vote.

Can SCOTUS just refuse to swear in Biden so he is never legally inaugurated?
