Did it come to your disconnected number, specifically?

I'm just trying to figure out if it was a MS/Apple-level push to devices they have active in the state, regardless of whether or not they're active on a network... I can't think of another way it'd be happening.

I keep seeing people saying disco'd phones are alerting.
