Didn't the FBI make allegations about the Pres - for nearly 4 years - that turned out to be baseless??? I'm not Canadian, I'm a Texan. And I applaud AG Paxton and what he is doing. I hope other states will join in the suit like Louisiana has...it's time to put a stop to the seemingly endless bog of fraud and illegalities perpetrated during this election. Supremes need to take Texas challenge to states case that the Texas AG filed and decide. The Trump strategy has been to get a case to Supreme Court (none have so far) but the Texas case will probably make it...

It’s a case filed independently by Texas saying ‘these 4 states defied the constitution during vote’. Also, if the Supremes hear it then all the Trump evidence can be added.

1876 established a MAJOR PRECEDENT whereas if fraud is substantiated in one state (preponderance of evidence standard).. really just credibly alleged (as Florida in 1876), the ENTIRE ELECTION can be tossed to the house, with a new contingent election taking place.
