Hopefully the SC will simply acknowledge they did their elections illegally, fraud will be looked at, they can call a separate court and appoint someone for that, as was described with the Texas case.

It takes as long as it takes. If past Jan 20 the House Speaker temporarily becomes President but not for long. Bannon was talking about this just a short while ago.

That is the constitutional provisions.

But hopefully it will be so much faster.

Those states have to be canceled, the votes are co-mingled.

And that means no one has 270 and the House Votes 1 vote per state.

It's not too late, January 20th is the cut off date, not December 14th, or December 8th, January 20th, is in the constitution as the absolute date, nothing before that is.
