Now I'm off to decorate eggs with my niece and nephews (and 18 year old daughter lol)

I would love to have a good Yorkshire. I tried to make them once, but they weren't very good.

I have a British friend who told me it may have been because I didn't keep the oil hot enough while filling the cups. She said they are a pain to make.

I wish she would save me one next time she makes them!

We have been working around the house all day. We opted for an easy dinner of tomato soup and grilled cheese.

Looks yummy! Are you ever too old to decorate eggs? I think not!

A, use butter or better yet lard. Wait until it is burning smelling in the pans. Then drop in your batter (I like to add a chunk of cheddar, Ie a cube) and wait until the ty puff then pull them out? It's not hard.

Anyhow, tonight because off all the suggestions pages ago...turning the rest of the beast into stroganoff!

So was the pear and cheese and crackers I had at 10pm last night for quick supper.

I went to see the surgeon on Tuesday. He is sending me for a cat scan. He doesn't think the lump is fatty, nor is it connected to my thyroid. He said he was "concerned". Hmmm.

I'm still waiting form them to call me for an appt. Doc said is they don't call by tomorrow to call him back.

Easy dinner tonight. I threw some chicken breasts in the oven with some chicken broth covered at 275 before we went shopping.

4 hrs later, I added more broth, white rice, & a bag of mixed veggies. I covered it again & turned it up to 375. Another 45 minutes or so, stirring once on between, dinner is ready.

I love it because it makes the chicken just fall apart.

Mr had some chicken meatloaf stuffed peppers. There were pre made from Publix. He put queso cheese shreds on top.

I brought that one to my parents' house the other night when we decorated eggs and left it there for Easter. My daughter was a little upset that I left it there so I'm making it again today lol. This time I'm putting it in mason jars.
