Indeed, they are beautiful.

I'm not hating on her--it is the her that's been drinking I dislike. Not her at all times.

After my all-nighter I am so tired today.

I'm falling asleep for twenty to thirty minutes at a time.
It is the secret of the world that all things subsist & do not die, but retire a little from sight & afterwards return again. Nothing is dead. Alcohol always makes things worse. It brings out the worst in some people. My sister was married to an abusive drunk. Many years ago, we were living in our car and they offered to say with them. He got drunk one night, and hit her because she didn't slice the ham to his liking.

Later that night, he threw us out because he and Woody has to a disagreement. The guy thought I should I should be his slave.

I understand being so tired. This week was rough for me, too. I hope your little power naps help you make it through the day.

Yesterday, sitting in the waiting room, I kept nodding off. Then when I was laying in the scanner, I would just start to doze off and then have to move as each of took about 10 minutes. I think I was snoring one time, and one time I jerked.

The night I made meatloaf, as soon as I took it out of the oven, I took a 2 hr nap before I even had the strength to eat.

You'd think that after all that, I'd have slept good last night, but no. I was up until close to 7. How is it I can go to the sleep in uncomfortable positions, but not my comfy chair??1dunno1

I am never an angry or mean drunk; the worst that happens with me is I fall asleep or lose the 'filter' and speak the truth I so often must suppress.

I hope you may get your oh so needed rest and can have a day or two off for the holiday weekend.

I will be going with Mrs. as she goes to tan tomorrow after 12:00 PM. I have absolutely zero interest in something stupid like tanning.

I have placed an online order and saved $3 per bottle for my favorite elixor a mile past the tanning UV fry your skin beds.

My Sunday will be most enjoyable! thumbs

I get very "truthful" when I drink, too. Enjoy your bottle(s) tomorrow!

I can barely go out in the sun without getting burnt. I knew a girl that went to tanning beds all the time. Her skin was terrible. She looked at least 10 years older & like she had been working on the fields by the time she was 40.

We saw that at the store once & wondered about it. I think it was $8 and was afraid to pay that much & not like it.

What is it like? Tangy, creamy? I'm curious.

I made pizza for dinner tonight. Everyone made their own.

I'm not sure what I did to the dough. Maybe I left it set to raise too long.It didn't puff up, but instead came out a little gummy & chewy. It was still good though. We ate it!

No, I thought it would be kind of tangy...really sweet and creamy. Pricey for me too--at $5.99. I put it in the refrigerator before I cut a slice. Almost like a cheesecake. Not sure why I posted it just now I was going to post it earlier today and got caught up in the volcano thread...

I follow this thread to help me eat..hubs can't so everything I make is for me...or the cats...try not to waste food...and so I don't really cook to speak of--I make a lot of sandwiches lately out of the cold cuts I get to share with my one finicky kitty who is on iv fluids...I put a little minced deli meat on top of her special canned food to get her to eat...

Having a rough night tonight tbh....first, BBQ Boy, now DMJ's wife...it's heartbreaking...I'm sad and angry at the same time...I was crying earlier....totally out of sorts tonight...my heart goes out to Louis and what he is enduring too....

Those pizzas look delicious though...too bad about the crust...

Glad you're doing better, Para--you inspire me to keep going and I pray for you to continue to get back to normal soon!

Cheese. Cheddar. Blue stilton. Gheetas mango chutney. Apple, sultana and date chutney. Beetroot.

Not a cheese specialist but the mango chutney is good with stilton. The other chutney ( usually read reviews ) is nice also.

Beetroot goes well with cheese but found it washes your mouth. As stilton is strong.

Nicer biscuits would be a bonus but its not xmas.

I get caught up in the wolcano thread, too. It is as breathtakingly beautiful as it is destructive. Not to mention I live pretty close to the coast so it could mean danger to my family so i feel the need to keep track of what's going on.

It has been a rough month or so for so many of us. But we all help & lean on each other for support.

I am so grateful to all of you on GLP for your thoughts & prayers to help me through this!! hf

Thanks Osmium. Think the green rug also helps. Think cheese like this makes me ill. So wont be buying anymore. Shame because its cheap but good. I now end up buying a parmesan block more than a cheddar but the stilton will just have to stay at the shop. Enchiladas sound nice. Just ever bought a supermarket ready made. Made a wet burrito though ( without all the best ingredients for a burrito. That were nice.

Wish everyone well also.
