I love, Roasted brussel sprouts and pan fried Asparagus.
Asparagus with butter, lemon juice and lemon pepper, pan fried with a little crunch left in them.

I grew up neglected of brussel sprouts and asparagus lol. My parents never made either one.

Now they're two of my favorite veggies. :)

Mr likes them both a lot, but I don't care for them. You can tell I was raised on squash, & corn on the cob.

There was a veggie stand close by where I lived. In the summer & fall when they were in season. That was what I lived on.

I didn't like either when I was young, I like them both now.

lunch is alpen, choc chips, cold coffee and soy milk.

Tastes changed as you get older. I didn't use it to like broccoli, but now it's one of my favorites.

It's sad, one of our park friends died of Covid. We see the same people all the time. We've been going later after it cools off. We thought we hadn't seen them because we were going at a different time. I knew as soon as she pulled up alone in the golf cart.

He was not vaxxed, but severe diabetic and immuno compromised. However, he caught it from a "friend" who was vaxxed, but had covid and didn't tell him. He also died a few weeks after my friend.

Thats sad. Between my brother and I we know 5 people that have died this year from covid, both vaxed and unvaxed.

Wow Paranoiaaaaa, that's so sad.

I believe this is the first person we've known personally who has died of Covid. I just can't believe the guy would meet with him when he knew he was sick. What an asshole!

My synth thing. Im a noob. Will grt better. its the same as a Soma Lyra 8. A russian synth. With a controller it seems the same but with the abilty to load as many as your machine can handle. Cant be bothered making tracks. So a synth tweak is like just messing about with a guiitar. Just posting because its first time I used imovie also.

I were saying before I look like Conor Mcgregor but on cam. I look more like a pregnant Mexican. Even the track has a bit of a mexican trumpet sound. So its time to go on a diet also.

The COVID PCR Test came back as negative, but includes a disclaimer that it may be a false negative. So frustrating as I am still very ill. I have left a message for my boss that I do not trust my ability to work without mistakes at this time. He texted back that he'll reach out to me. So I guess I shouldn't worry about not being online and working.

Not eating anything yet. I have had an insane craving for hash brown potatoes all week and Mrs. has yet to go to the store for me to buy them. She eats instant mashed potatoes... enough said there.

I hope Lance / William Poole is well. He PM's that he lost his phone so I can't even text him to ask if he is alright.

I have off work until Monday; I so need it.

This week I am meeting up with my ladyfriend and we're going to put together a pork carnitas tray. Then, we are going to systematically deconstruct it by consuming it.

I'm not being 'true' or 'authentic' about this as it's a meal of opportunity - the ingredients are cheap and leftovers keep well. For instance, I am not spending the money on whole pork shoulder to cut up for carnitas, so a few packages of cheap blade steaks will stand in. Similar for things like guacamole - depends on the cost. If'n it's too expensive, then no calf scour on our tacos.

Gonna map a better Lyra 8 ( mononoke )

Iv mapped my Euclidean drum machine and other stuff but not using at the mo.

Will now map x2 mononokes. So that the controller has 4 push encoders. 2 pages of encoders ( parameters ) for each mononoke. So that 1 mononoke is more tame and the other more gritty because of the mood and fold parameters.

I haven't used my keyboard in eight years. I am so inclined to attempt music again.

Until I feel better, a funeral dirge may be all I can produce.
