To me, those come from just being 'bored out of my mind.' Then I realize how quickly the alcohol level of blood effects self-esteem tug.boat of war.boat. Huge mountains and boulders of unnecessary colors could all be reduced like crayons into a black gooey mess...or I always find refuge in gray. Valentines will be a gray dress this year, not black nor red. Don't you miss yourself sometimes?

Today is my fasting with coffee day...Coffee naturally contains caffeine, which has been linked to appetite suppression and increased calorie-burning.

Paranoiaaaaa, I tried hyperventilating to burn calories, maybe one breath per calorie? I made it to 18 before laughing. I for one am so glad we didn't have last year's snow storm. Good grief that was tough w/o power and heat..

(edit to add) A friend's mother has been moved to another hospital room to die from myocardial infarction (clot/heart attack) caused by the booster.

Im going to try this in a crockpot on low, and add a dash of liquid smoke. Make a Dip out of it.

My friend's mother, my mother's friend, has died this afternoon. This is 11 in 5 months.

The death ghost has to still be lifted, but suffering inwardly hasn't changed. Maybe tomorrow will feel differently. I'll find something else to post about.
