Food with Attitude!

Ok, so my idea for tonight was to make a pizza with a can of Cresent rolls for the crust. I tried so hard to roll it out thin. It looked good.

It was gross! Mr didn't mind it so much. He's eating his.

I didn't realize that the cresent dough would taste so sweet compared to the sauce. It was like I had put pizza toppings on a donut!

So now, I'm boiling me some linguine noodles. I scraped off the cheese & mushrooms and I'll mix it in my noodles instead.

I tried the paste tonight, which is actually a gel. Put it on a spoon with a little bit of grape jelly and swallowed it. Couldn't even taste it. Only tasted the grape. :)

I noticed a huge improvement after the second day of taking it. I was real sick. Had the Delta variant.

Good! I only had to take it once before it helped. Hopefully, that's all you need.

Nef is feeling a bit better today. Me, not so much. This just won't go away. I'll take it again tonight.

I probably should've just taken it as soon as I got sick. I waited a long time. It sounds like the protocol for my situation is to take it once per day for 5 days. I hope it works. I don't know what else to do if it doesn't other than to continue riding it out.

It has to go away eventually, right? I have one more week of working from home. I haven't even told anyone from work that I have it since I haven't been going in. Hopefully it will be gone by the time I have to go back.

I put some on my finger, onto my tongue. Swish it around, glass of water to wash it down. Then two shots of Crown R. Taste bad, shots help.

Lol, I was afraid it would taste bad. The grape jelly trick really worked well. I didn't taste it at all. :)

I just put it on a spoon and ate it the first time. Now when I do preventative I a smear it on a PB&J sammich. Can't taste it at all.

I always make loads extra...and the next night we have hash. Chicken hash, Turkey hash, Roast beef hash, Corned beef hash...whatever. I just chop an onion, sometimes peppers and the leftover meat and potatoes and other veggies and fry them in a cast iron pan and kids can't get enough.

Leftovers are great!

I even made a peach cobbler with canned peaches. It was really good. It has a lot of the cakey mixture on top. I bought butter pecan ice cream to go with.

All of the food looks excellent. My child said, try wrdly, the XRP CTO David plays wrdly...so I said okay. I played it once, then wanted unlimited wrdly, and there is actually a website called unlimited wrdly..crazy. I did 5 letter wrds, got bored guessing them, did the 7 letter words, guessed on 3rd try, on 5th and then on 2nd. My brain is fried.

Anyone else play it?

I got my appt for my kidney biopsy. It's on Friday. I have to have a Covid test tomorrow. They didn't make before the biopsy on my neck. Son's girlfriend said it was a spit test before her elbow surgery. I'm hoping it still is!

They said it's a needle biopsy. She said I have to stay 4-6 hours though! I wonder why so long. I didn't think there were going to make me dopey.

They will give you an IV with a sedative in it. Then you have to stay until that wears off.

Its pretty routine, nothing to be worried about. You got this !

I do, but at least they're letting me go to the hospital at home. It's connected to the one in the city which is where I go for the biopsy.
