One picture can tell several stories.

I was tired, been cooking lots this week: chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered banana bites, chocolate cashew rolls, made a killer breakfast w a veggie melange w fried eggs, sautéed sweet potato and toast, then knocked out the coleslaw when the ceramic bowl slipped, crashed on the glass storage bowl and the whole kitchen was destroyed. Couldn't even give the carrot skins to baby bunny. Here's a "Jackson Pollack is alive and cooking"..image.

I'm still grateful.
No one got hurt.
Kitchen is clean.
Garbage truck was running late.
Not cooking anymore today.

Aw pool, that sucks! That sounds like something I would do. I'm clumsy and also messy as hell when I'm cooking.

We're under a hurricane & surge warning now although it's barely raining out now. We still have power! Yayy!

We still have to get through tonight, but so far so good!

I swear I think this storm must have moved faster than they originally said, although I admit I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have since it was coming in on the Gulf coast.

You keep a great attitude which makes all the difference during these mishaps. :)

We stayed home today since it was supposed to be nasty out. I'm still having sinus problems from when I was sick. It's hanging on.

I took some medicine and have been laying around watching shows all day while Mr was cleaning the house.

At least dinner is half ready.

Then the day is perfect. I love looking at a few preps and thinking 'dinner is 15 minutes away'. It makes me happy! Considering we've reached a sort of 'eating fatigue', maybe in part caused by years of Q research and all the prior conspiracy researching we have combined between us both. And, indeed, it is getting to be of Biblical proportions. IN dire of need of proper snacks for the Apocalypse. Just bought a months worth of smokes. Alas, I don't trust myself around a full bar...lol...

What ever it is, took a long time to get over. We just had it again, went fast this time, one week feel better. My smell is just coming back, been a very long time with that.

I love having the meat cooked and only have to make sides.

I thought pasta sounded good, but didn't feel like making sauce. I opened the cupboard and alfredo jumped out at me! Mushrooms is as close as I'm getting to a veggie tonight.

It's just aggravating. I'm not sick really, i just have no oomph!

I just keep on my vitamins. I even broke out some elderberry syrup I had stashed away.

He truly makes the best chicken I've ever had. Regardless of how it's prepared or cooked. Always moist and so tasty. :)

We're getting ready to go pick up Baby. Mr wants to show her a good horror movie. Halloween is coming!

She's had 3 days off school for the hurricane so maybe she can actually stay awake. As soon as she gets in my chair & covers up, she zonks out.

Scary movie night sounds fun! Have a great time with Baby. I could definitely zonk out right now if I was cuddled up in a comfy chair. :)

We think she just likes to chill in "Grammy's" chair.

We made it to the end of the month with some money leftover so we're having a junk food night! We really don't eat very much crap so once in a while won't kill us.

Besides, I can officially say I lost 15 pounds! Even by the doctor's scale, which we all know is rigged.

Many more seeds on the vine drying if anyone wants.

Bravo 15. I don't even know how I would approach losing 5..much less 15.

Sure, we can grow it on the porch as a 'vinous Pool'...lol...send a bottle along with the seeds.

I think my body was just so screwed up with the cancer, now it finally knows how to act. I was really chubby a few years ago.

I do exercise, which I always did which was super frustrating. I eat way more now than I did just to maintain before.

I have my nights, like last night. I ate half a can of chili (I really had to, it was past the date.) A cheese sandwich & some Pringles. This was all in the middle of the night, of course.

I might have lost another 10 if I could control myself? Then again, maybe I need to eat more now. I'm not going to over analyze. Hopefully, I can keep going!

Oddly, I lose weight when I drink red wine at night. Maybe I'll get back around to exercising more than my elbow.

My new job is forcing me to exercise more than my elbow lol. That made me laugh!
