It's probably a really bad idea for anyone to try esp with underlying health issues; on day 2 with the shakes I did breathing exercises @ the grocery store when my heart started palpitating. Wrap up & fully expected: Day 1, I cried; day 2, I shook; day 3, I was calm & in ketosis. Today my youngest is taking us out for fat healthy burgers for a postponed mothers's day celebration. It's nice to have all the monkeys making their own; taking the quadrupeds, too.
