Since I didn't have anywhere to put this earlier...
I made turkey noodle soup with carrots and grilled cheese on multigrain bread with gouda & colby jack cheeses.
Quoting: Paranoiaaaaa and cos of that i thought someone made turkey noodle soup and so now I am making some too .. not now but i got the goods for it. had a huge shopping day and no mask. I am not doing that but i did pull the cowl up to walk in..  My broth came out so good. I let the carcass boil overnight & it was like jelly when I pulled it out of the fridge. I got that as well and stuck 3 qts in the freezer. Now I am going to make turkey noodle with one, minestrone with one, and the other is maybe i just sip on it as broth. :) hang on cat wants in :( Yeah, I got a big tub in the freezer, too. Mr will want turkey gravy in a month or 2.
