Black beans, chicken, corn, tomato paste & taco seasoning. that sounds good but i would try to imitate the taco pack so as to leave out the artificial chemicals.. :) Here's my"go-to" taco seasoning mix. I quadruple the recipe and keep it in a ball jar. You can adjust the amounts to your own taste. 1 tablespoon chili powder ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon black pepper In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container. Thank you, I will try that. All personal attempts at duplicating taco seasoning have failed miserably.
