Spaghetti with ginger tomato sauce& umeboshi plum vinegar:
1.Cook whole wheat spaghetti al dente.
2. While cooking spaghetti, put organic tomato sauce in a small sauce pan. Mix in 1 teaspoon of dried ginger. Heat and mix.
3. Pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle umeboshi vinegar for extra tangy salty flavor.
