I have had it with provolone before, but I am such a purist when it comes to this sandwich, But it is a start for whatever calls your taste buds!

Back to the basics tonight...

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, and I'm thinking green beans for a veggie.

note to self: get some green beans for the minestrone..

I am not eating cos I can't do dishes and eat at the same time. I am doing dishes so I can get the dishes done. This is small space living, tis why I broke the coffee pot repeatedly and now have a stainless steel stove top beauty!

did i mention?

Here's my"go-to" taco seasoning mix. I quadruple the recipe and keep it in a ball jar. You can adjust the amounts to your own taste.

1 tablespoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container.

Just had some leftover cheeseburger soup.
Now, I could almost use a nap.....

Its OK Louis..... take as much time as you need.... Change isnt always easy.

Even though a lot has been sunset`d (Best crapy cliché I could come up with) It was always about community spirit with many like minded people.

Spaghetti with ginger tomato sauce& umeboshi plum vinegar:

1.Cook whole wheat spaghetti al dente.

2. While cooking spaghetti, put organic tomato sauce in a small sauce pan. Mix in 1 teaspoon of dried ginger. Heat and mix.

3. Pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle umeboshi vinegar for extra tangy salty flavor.

I was not even on .. I got on right after the BOMB so missed it all.. para was in the same time frame as myself we got together as hens do :)
